Our care management services assist seniors and their families to attain the highest quality of life given their circumstances.  We assist our clients by: 

• Conducting assessments to identify problems and provide solutions.
• Screening, arranging and monitoring in-home help or other services.
• Acting as a liaison to families at a distance, overseeing care and alerting families to problems.
• Assisting with moving to or from a retirement complex, assisted care home or nursing home.
• Reviewing financial, legal or medical issues and offering referrals to    geriatric specialists.
• Providing short-term or ongoing care management.
• Providing consumer education and advocacy.
• Offering counseling and support.   

Ultimately, we want our clients to have the best care options available to them to ensure their dignity and quality of life. There is an hourly charge for care management services.

To Whom Honor Is Due offers placement services to seniors and their families.  We help our clients locate and secure housing and care that will best match their needs.  We have personally visited and screened each facility in our database.  Our initial consultation provides the senior and family with advice as to the options and alternatives available to them.  We then offer guidance, referral and direct assistance in coordinating and arranging placement.
